Product Introduction


IS and IR horizontal single-stage single-suction clean water centrifugal pumps are energy-saving pumps jointly designed by the whole country. IS and IR centrifugal pumps are rear-opening type, and it is not necessary to disassemble the suction and discharge pipelines when disassembling the pump cover and impeller. The suspension houses two ball bearings, lubricated with machine oil or grease. The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling. The vortex chamber, feet, inlet flange and outlet flange are cast as a whole. The whole series of hydraulic performance layout is reasonable, and users can choose from a wide range.

Product Feature And Application

 

·Simple structure, reliable performance, small size, light weight, good anti-cavitation performance, low power consumption, convenient use and maintenance.

Wide versatility, various specifications, but only four types of shafts are used; the shafts, bearings, and shaft seals of the same specification can be interchanged, and there are only four types of suspensions in the whole series.

There are sealing rings in the front and rear of the impeller, and a balance hole on the back cover plate of the impeller to ensure the balance of the axial force of the pump

·The axial sealing ring of the pump is composed of packing gland, packing ring and packing, etc., which prevents air intake or a large amount of water leakage.

·A shaft sleeve is installed at the part where the shaft passes through the packing cavity to avoid shaft wear.

·There must be an O-ring between the shaft sleeve and the shaft to prevent air intake or water leakage along the mating surface.

 

·Industrial and agricultural and urban, drainage, fire water supply.

·For suction and delivery of clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water without solid particles, the temperature is not higher than 80°C.

Stable performance of impeller



The bearing of the pump adopts a rolling structure, which is convenient to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be disassembled as a whole during maintenance. Bearings are lubricated with grease, strong and wear-resistant.
